Some things that I thought were mind-blowingly cool in my youth have become incredibly passe.

Studded wristbands covered in studs fromHot Topic(Im shuddering).
Millennials know what Im talking about.
I recently discovered, however, a rare exception.
Hard Candy makeup is actually still really, really good.
Hard Candy wasnt always a makeup brand, though.
It launched in 1995 as a line of colorful pastel nail polish.
That sense of daring and self-expression has been a constant throughline for the past 20 years.
At least, one wouldthinkthat was the case.
Ihadto try them immediately.
I swiped each one onto my skin and was shocked: Hard Candy still has it.
If youre really going for the early 2000s vibes, get one of the glittery shades.
The Brow Gel
Im a gal whos tested alotof brow gels.
I didnt think Hard Candys would compete with some of my favorites, but… it does.
Basically, Id consider it a perfect stand-in for when Im overdue for my brow tint appointment.
