ForBrandon Kyle Goodman, performing always felt like a natural extension of the self.
Goodman comes from a long line of performers: Their grandmother was a minister;their motherwas an actor.
But something shifted when they started writing their own material.
One of [the] biggest things my mother told me was to write and write for yourself.
Soon, their writing started to open doors.
Around the same time, Goodmans work as an advocate began to gain steam, too.

Its a new world, says Goodman.
