The two were also accused of an alleged conspiracy regarding the distribution and purchase of Oxycodone.

Smith was handcuffed in the courtroom, and is currently underprotective custody at the Lexington County Jail.

However, Smiths lawyer countered that he has an ironclad alibi.

As speculation thatSmith could testify against Murdaughramped up, Zmroczek furtherasserted her clients innocence.
