Beauty

Heres everything to know about the buzzy launch.

When it comes to my hairstyling routine, Im a lazy girl through and through.

Needless to say: I was rather excited to try it out for myself.

An honest review of the just-launched Dyson Airstrait Straightener, the two-in-one styler of my drea…

This one looks a lot like a traditional straightener, but has apertures running along each side.

Also, FYI: The Airstrait works on hair types 1 through 4. you could use it on wet hair, oryou can use it on dry hair for a style refresh.

Theres also a cold shot that seals your style in place.

For ultimate efficiency, the tool actually senses when its against your hair.

When its not (but its still on), the speed drops to low airflow.

And if you dont use it for three seconds, it automatically pauses until you move it again.

My Hair

I have really fine hair, but I have a lot of it.

Ive tried everything, but the best solution Ive found so far has been theDyson Flyaway attachment.

First Impression

I was eager to see just how smooth the Airstrait would make my hair.

My honest review of the Dyson airstrait.

After my first pass, my hair was infinitely smoother andalmostdry.

I repeat: It took me eight minutes to transform my wet strands into their newfound Cher-level state.

I also realized that the apertures on the machine function similarly to the flyaway attachment for the Supersonic.

Read: down and tucked away.

Worth It?

Dyson hair tools are an investment, but youre getting real innovation for the price tag.

At $499, the Airstrait delivers on its claims, and itexcelsat each.

It maintains volume as it smooths and it doesnt sizzle your strands into oblivion.

And, as I said: It doesnt use hot plates, so its exceedingly healthier for your hair.

IMHO, the Airstrait is definitely worth it, especially if youre a lazy girl like me.
