Who Can Apply ForSurvivor?
to make it apply for a spot on the island, youll need to meet CBSs eligibility requirements.
All contestants must be 18 or older in most states.
Other than those rules, anyone can apply.
Jesse Tannenbaum, the shows casting director made avideoin 2021 outlining what the team is looking for.

Instead, Tannenbaum explained, the team wants to get to know aboutyouand your story.
Were looking for authenticity, he said.
Were looking for somebody, basically, well become emotionally invested in.
He also suggested paying attention to lighting, sound, and filming location.
And, if you film with your phone, be sure to film horizontally rather than vertically.
And finally, No scripts whatsoever.
Instead, he recommended chatting about your life and suitability for the show using detailed examples.
He recommended being yourself, being charismatic, and being comfortable.
He also suggested letting the casting directors into your life and telling a story.
