Kelsey Stiegman

Kelsey (she/her) was the Senior Fashion Editor at Bustle, where she oversaw the site’s fashion coverage — including features, shopping roundups, and celebrity style. After years of manifesting, she finally joined BDG’s editorial team in March 2022. Since then, Kelsey revamped the Style vertical and launched a successful luxury handbag series called Secure The Bag. Before landing at Bustle, she came from a six-year stint at Seventeen. Though she started as an Editorial Intern, she left as the Senior Style Editor, having managed the team’s fashion and beauty verticals and led e-commerce strategy. With more than nine years of experience in digital fashion media, she also offers freelance creative and social media consulting services, as well as content creation. Even in college, Kelsey was obsessed with one day becoming a fashion editor. Her time at Illinois State University was packed with fashion internships and extra curriculars of all kinds. She graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Apparel Merchandising and a minor in Writing. Making good on her pledge to “live life like it’s a permanent vacation,” Kelsey left the family farm and moved to Brooklyn after college. There she enjoys trying new restaurants and exploring local vintage shops — all while Instagramming the entire experience. When she’s not in NYC, you can find her on *actual* vacation: sitting poolside at a resort, sightseeing in Europe, or camping at a national park.
