Storm Reidaccomplished some pretty impressive things while most people were in high school.
Most recently, Reid starred in the mystery thrillerMissingalongside Nia Long, which was released on Jan. 20.
Whats a typical morning look like for you?
My body wakes up pretty early, especially when I’m at school.
If I’m at school, I’m usually trying to fit in the gym before or after class.
If I’m working, I attempt to stay as active as possible and then I go to set.
Is there anything you like to have for breakfast?
I tend to not eat breakfast that much nowadays, but if I do, I love eggs.
Ill have eggs for protein and sometimes avocado toast.
It really depends on how fancy I’m feeling.
Are you a coffee person?
I have some right here.

I need coffee to survive these days.I loveFrappuccinos, but I also lovematcha.
There’s a really good cafe on my college campus that has amazing matcha.
What does your skin care routine look like?
I keep myskin care routinepretty simple.
I’ve been loving theTatcha Rice Wash cleanser.
How do you cope with stress when you’re on set?
Do you have any relaxation hacks?
I have tolisten to music.
If Im on set, I’ll put on my headphones whenever Im stressed to help me relax.
If Im at home, Ill go out to my car and just sit there and blast music.
I wont drive, Ill just sit and listen.
Ill also sometimes take a nap if Im stressed.
How do you unwind after a long day?
Music is always a constant in my life, so Ill play music anddo a face mask.
Whats your approach to exercise?
I cant fit in much these days, but that’s a goal I have for 2023.
Whats your favorite key in of workout?
I do love agood leg day.
Leg day is my favorite.
What are some movies or TV shows youre into right now?
Right now, Im rewatchingOrange is the New Blackwith one of my friends.
We’ve seen it but it’s our bonding moment and time to relax.

Whats your overall approach to wellness?
Its all about accepting how I feel.
I try not to be too hard on myself and give myself grace.
