What does your morning routine look like?

Im really leaning into doing mymeditationfirst off.

The second you roll out of bed, you put on yourworkout clothes.

Youre more inclined to do something physical or productive when youre in that state.

I use the Celluma forred-light therapyevery morning.

I use that all over the place.

How do you deal when youre feeling stressed or overwhelmed?

Its more sadness or betrayal.

How do you like to wind down at the end of a long day?

My night routine has really become my thing.

I dont like to eat past 8 or 8:30 p.m., so I have more time in the evening.

I do a hot yoga or Pilates class, and it just allows me to decompress and get tired.

Right now, Im obviously reading a Colleen Hoover book I mean, whos not?

Being in the public eye, how do you tune out all the noise from social media?

Thats always been a challenge.

I mean, I am human.

You always want to look.

Its really hard to do, but staying off of social media has given me more benefits than not.

You dont ever come off social media feeling greatly inspired.
