Are you a coffee or a tea person?

Im a coffee person.

My friend taught me this incredible recipe with frozen coffee pods.

It tastes like dessert.

Thats my morning treat, and then Ill have eggs and avocado.

I know you said sometimes youll go to Pilates.

Are there any other exercises you do?

I have a go at do some sort of physical activity every day.
