Try it before bed or whenever you’re gonna wanna relax.
Come to a seated or reclined position and close your eyes.
Relax your shoulders down and away from your ears.
Take in a deep breath.
Fill your lungs and feel your chest expand.
Use your right thumb to close off your right nostril.
Gently breathe in and out through your left nostril.
Repeat for a few minutes or until your mind has settled and you feel calmer and more relaxed.
